SOME OF OUR MENTORS

Mentor

Jörg Landwehr is a Managing Partner at ActeaVentures GmbH. He received his PhD for his molecular endocrinology research carried out at the University Hospital Basel. After his post-doc at F. Hoffmann-La Roche, he worked there on competitor analysis, revenue forecasting, project valuation, and market analytics. He then served as BD&L Director at PharmaMar (Madrid, Spain) before co-founding ActeaVentures in 2014.

Mentor

Gustavo Fuster holds a Degree in Pharmacy from the UCM, an MBA (Biotechnology) from Aliter and studied Law at UNED. He held the position of Business Development and Patents Manager at Genetrix Corp (gaining experience in the field of monoclonal antibodies and adult stem cell technology), was Patents Manager at a Spanish patent attorney firm and Director of the Technology Transfer Office of the Andalusian Public Healthcare System (practical experience in Spanish civil, administrative and commercial law, and in advanced therapies (stem cells and tissue engineering, nanotechnology and gene therapy)). He obtained the title of Spanish Industrial Property Attorney in 2007, the title of European Patent Attorney in 2008 and the CEIPI Diploma in Patent Litigation in Europe in 2011. Currently studying a Master’s degree in bioinformatics and a Computer Engineering Degree (UOC). He joined HOFFMANN EITLE in 2011.

Mentor

Maria A. Revieriego(Executive Regulatory Consultant and Co-founder of ALLADVICE REGULATORY CONSULTANTS SL). Ex-regulator at the Medicine and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the UK as a Pharmaceutical Assessor of registration dossiers. More than 20 years’ professional experience across Europe mainly in Regulatory Affairs and Product Lifecycle Management of Human Medicinal Products in different biopharmaceutical companies and business models. She worked as Regulatory Affairs Head in TiGenix (currently Takeda) where among other projects with ATMP, she was actively involved in the successfully approval of the European Marketing Authorization of Alofisel (first authorization for an allogeneic cell therapy product in Europe). Since April 2019 she established herself as a consultant and has collaborated with Biopharmaceutical Companies and Public institutions in the field of ATMPs. Lecturer in Pharmaceutical Industry Masters.

Mentors Coordinator

Todd Snowden Todd holds a BSc in Bioengineering and Pre-Medicine from The Catholic University of America (Washington, USA). Todd is a highly successful international healthcare executive with more than 30+ years’ experience in life sciences companies. He has worked in product management, global sales management and as CEO for companies in molecular diagnostics, laboratory services, and medical devices such as: W.L. Gore & Associates, Interleukin Genetics, and PathoGene. During 2010-2013, he was interim CEO at PathoGene, L.L.C, a start-up molecular diagnostics development company. Currently Todd is founder/principal of Ascent Business Advisors, a strategy consulting/interim management firm he founded in 2008 focused on clinical diagnostics, medical devices and digital health start-up companies.

Lourdes Núñez-Müller holds an MBA from IESE Business School, an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation and Technology from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Granada, Spain where she got her B.S. and M.S. in Pharmacy. She has been a PhD-level healthcare director in Sanitas (Madrid), CH -Werfen (Lexington, MA ,USA) and Biopharmaceutical Corporate Relations Liaison at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute at Harvard Medical School (Boston, MA USA). After 5 years in Boston, she returned to Spain as Director of Knowledge Transfer, Internationalization and Entrepreneurship at PTS Granada. EIT Health & EIC Accelerator Evaluator. She has over 20 years of experience providing support for health companies.
