John Majewski is Founder Director & CEO major shareholder at Four Guardians. He established nine companies; two in Lima Peru, one JV with a company in Japan they formed their new successful company in Hong Kong.  Also, he formed Joint Venture in Xi’an China with an off-shoot of a Chinese conglomerate in the Xi’an High-Tech Zone. Plus, five companies and firms in Sydney Australia. Where he conducted with his team a successful IPO listed on the Sydney ASX.

He was responsible for Four Guardians Go-Global award winner in which a total of 6416 entries, coming from organizations in 178 countries in 2021

This is his latest and most important endeavor in which he recovered IP ownership of a clinically advanced new small molecule anti-viral HIV/AIDS Prodrug.

Why is Four Guardians leaving Australia?  In, an interview he explained since there are few cases of HIV/AIDS in Australia, there is no market.  For this reason, John is now considering to move Four Guardians operational HQ to Granada Andalusia Spain. To do so Four Guardians needs investors to conduct an IPO to raise the required capital through in Spain to complete the remaining clinical trials in Latin America which is one tenth the cost than other countries more developed countries.

He when on to state – As a practical example for a startup company like Four Guardians instead of costing 100 million Euros to complete the remaining clinical trials say in the US or the EU for its Prodrug. It would cost about 10 million euros to obtain marketing registration say in Mexico.  Meaning the cost of goods to the market would be significantly lower, yet the company would be very profitable and provided a need drug at a lower cost to the victims of HIV/AIDS .

He has managed Through Narhex Australia 1990 to 2004 an antiviral research program. Identified potential targets and designed leading drugs against HIV/AIDS for.

And developed analytical methods for pre-clinical studies.

He has been Awarded 18 International Patents.

Assistant Research Professor: Designed highly specific inhibitors of metalloproteases and HIV-1, -2 proteases. Designed and implemented a multi-step synthesis of complex organic molecules. Developed new methods of organic synthesis. Established a mechanism of interaction of inhibitors with respective enzymes. Co-authored scientific grant applications to NIH. Presented scientific data at international conferences.

Responsible for the finalizing necessary legal agreements in transfer of global IP of our family of a new small molecule anti-viral protease inhibitor ownership to Four Guardians Pty Ltd.
