Hemorrhage Outcome Predictor

Description

  • HOP is a Research Use Only (for the moment) cloud-based tool for prediction of the probability of vasospasm and death of a patient.
  • HOP helps physicians to take decision on redirecting the patient to more monitored hospital areas, anticipate possibilities of complications and apply endovascular treatment with calcium antagonists or balloon angioplasty. 
  • From patient CT brain scans, age, sex and basic neurological evaluation (WFNS and/or Hunt-Hess) HOP calculates the probabilities of vasospasm and death.
  • Time is brain! Scan, calculate, decide.
  • HOP will soon be CE certified as class IIb medical device for use in Europe. 

Current needs

  • We need a seed investment of about 150 000 EUR for continuing of patent protection, CE marking procedure consultancy and filing, marketing and product development.
  • We need collaboration of hospitals and MDs who diagnose and treat Subarachnoid Hemorrhage to 
  • test the tool in the framework of clinical trial or consultancy with the MD.
  • MDs who would like to be members of Advisory Committee of the company.
  • We need a full-time dedicated CEO, which would be financed from initial investment and then from company income from RUO product
